First, my thanks to Lady Bird’s contributions to Texas.  Last spring I had a wonderful afternoon at Canyon of The Eagles, the perfect showcase of the Hill Country, especially in wildflower bloom.  See www.CanyonoftheEagles.com. The added bonus, you can keep your dogs in the room and take them on the trails with you.  My entourage came across an antique firetruck surrounded by bluebonnets.    Later in Perdenales, while driving to a photo shoot, 2 deer in a field of flowers enjoying the beautiful afternoon under the trees.  Perfect!
